Marcia Brown (born Marcia Charity Baymon) is the actress who portrayed the title character Alice from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, an idea taken from the mind of Doctor Leonard McCoy and created by the Shore Leave Planet in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Shore Leave".

Thirty years later she would later appear in the 1997 film Los Locos with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine regular Rene Auberjonois and Deep Space Nine guest actor Joseph Culp.
