Marat Kobar, one of the prisoners in a holding cell
Marat Kobar was a Bajoran who lived on Terok Nor during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor.
In 2366, Marat was arrested and placed in a holding cell for an unknown crime. While in the holding cell, Marat and two other Bajorans were informed by Odo that they were to be sentenced to five years hard labor following a sentence confirmation trial. (DS9: "Things Past")
