The Manzar colony was a Federation colony located near Sector 441.
Worf visited the colony in 2375 from Deep Space 9 to assist in constructing a new defense perimeter there. The USS Enterprise-E was hosting a banquet for the Evora near to this colony at that time allowing Worf to briefly join the ship. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on the star chart United Federation of Planets I, Manzar was listed as a Federation member. On the star chart United Federation of Planets III, Manzar was located in the Beta Quadrant. This planet orbited an orange dwarf.
