The Explored Galaxy

The location of Manark IV in "The Explored Galaxy" star chart

Manark IV was the inhabited fourth planet of the Manark system and was the homeworld of the sand bats. Manark IV City was a major settlement on this planet. (TOS: "The Empath", TNG-R: "Inheritance")

In 2293, the location of Manark IV in the Milky Way Galaxy was labeled in a star chart that was in Captain James T. Kirk's quarters aboard the USS Enterprise-A. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, okudagram)
