Bernard Maltuvis is an Augmented human depicted as ruling over Australasia in the late 20th century in the Star Trek: Khan comic series.
In the Pocket ENT novels A Choice of Futures to Patterns of Interference, Maltuvis played a prominent role as a Saurian monarch who conquered his new-to-warp homeworld with the help of the Orion Syndicate.
