Makara fizz was an alcoholic drink, presumably made with Makara herbs.
In 2375, Kesha ordered one while in Vic Fontaine's Las Vegas lounge with Nog. Nog told her the place did not serve them. (DS9: "It's Only a Paper Moon")
The reason Vic's didn't serve the drink was probably that, as revealed in DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang", the entire holo-program was period-specific to 1960s Earth.
