Madelaine was an employee at Plexicorp manufacturing plant in 1986.
Madelaine walked into Doctor Nichols' office during a discussion with "Professor" Scott regarding a proposal for making transparent aluminum. She was quickly shoo'ed out by Dr. Nichols. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)
Madelaine was played by hair stylist Monique DeSart who received no credit for this appearance.
According to the novel The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2, she was still serving as Dr. Nichols' secretary in March 1993, by which time he had bought Plexicorp from its original owners.
