Colonel M. March was a Human military officer in the 20th century. He served in the United States Air Force. In 1969, he was the officer on duty at the 498th Air Base during the accidental incursion of the USS Enterprise. His name was seen on a chalkboard outside Lieutenant Colonel Fellini's office, which was located in the Security Section of the Omaha, Nebraska base. (TOS: "Tomorrow is Yesterday")
