Rear Admiral M.C. Minor was a 23rd century Starfleet flag officer attached to the Starfleet Academy where he served as Commandante Cadets in 2285.
Minor was listed on a directory placard found on the 2nd level of Starfleet Training Command. (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)
Minor was named after illustrator Michael Minor. The placard featuring M.C. Minor was sold on It's A Wrap! sale and auction. [1]
