Lynn Barker is a writer who wrote the story for the 1996 fourth season Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Hard Time" together with Daniel Keys Moran.

Barker previously wrote the stories for episodes of Space Academy (1977, featuring Pamelyn Ferdin and Brian Tochi), Jason of Star Command (1979), Whiz Kids (1984), and The Twilight Zone (1985).
