The Lunar V base was a small resistance camp located on one of Bajor's moons.
A few Bajoran sub-impulse raiders were stored underground at the Lunar V base before it was destroyed by Cardassian forces in 2360, during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor. (DS9: "The Siege")
