Lunar One Colony was the largest Human outpost on Luna, Earth's moon, in the 22nd century.

As the Earth starship Enterprise unwittingly traveled back in time to the 1940s of an alternate timeline from 2154, the crew tried to hail Lunar One Colony after it received no reply from Earth. (ENT: "Zero Hour") After the death of Vosk and the destruction of his temporal conduit (thereby restoring the timeline), the Enterprise successfully hailed Lunar One Colony, their first sign that they had returned to the right time. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
