Luftwaffe Regional Command was a command branch of the German Luftwaffe in the United States of America during World War II.

In an alternate 1944, Vosk was ordered to turn over command of his squadron to Luftwaffe Regional Command when a American forces crossed the Ohio River and were marching on Washington, DC. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
