The Loque'eque homeworld was a formerly inhabited planet in the Delphic Expanse. The planet had a prolific ecosystem, with several million chromophyllic plant species alone.

Enterprise NX-01 visited the homeworld of the Loque'eque in 2153, while searching for the Xindi weapon. An away team consisting of Captain Jonathan Archer, Sub-Commander T'Pol, Lieutenant Malcolm Reed, and Ensign Hoshi Sato beamed down to one of the planet's equatorial islands, where all the officers except T'Pol were soon transformed into members of the extinct Loque'eque by a mutagenic virus. In his mutated state, Captain Archer dreamt of the planet as it had been before the Loque'eque had become extinct. He tried to return to the Loque'eque's home city, Urquat, which he had seen in his dream. However, he eventually learned that the planet, which had once been the home of a thriving community, was now in ruins. Earlier in 2153, alien Commander Tret's people had quarantined the planet in reaction to an epidemic of the virus among their own people, sixty years prior. (ENT: "Extinction")

In the final draft script of "Anomaly", the Loque'eque homeworld was described as a "lush, blue-green planet."
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 486) classified the Loque'eque homeworld as class M.
