"Long-term Medical Holographic program Test Program 1" was a prototype Long-term Medical Hologram program created by Doctor Lewis Zimmerman in 2373.

The program consisted of a hologram of Doctor Julian Bashir with the basic database and software configurations of the original Emergency Medical Hologram program. Additionally, the holographic Bashir lacked the real Bashir's "zest for life." (DS9: "Doctor Bashir, I Presume")
