Lois Hall (born 22 August 1926 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota; died 21 December 2006 in Los Angeles, California) played Dr. Mary Warren in "Who Watches the Watchers?", a third season episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Hall's previous television appearances include Studio One, The Cisco Kid, The Lone Ranger (two episodes, one with Michael Ansara), Adventures of Superman, Marcus Welby, M.D., and the penultimate episode of Little House on the Prairie. She has also been seen in such classic films as Every Girl Should Be Married (1948), Love Happy (1949), My Blue Heaven (1950, with Jane Wyatt), Carrie (1952), and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954, with Julie Newmar and Ian Wolfe). However, she is perhaps best known for her supporting role as Sister Constance in Kenneth Branagh's acclaimed 1991 drama Dead Again, which also featured Raymond Cruz and Steven Culp.
