Template:Realworld Liz Vassey (born August 9, 1972) is the actress who played Kristin in the Next Generation episode "Conundrum".

She is perhaps best known for playing the superhero Captain Liberty on the cult television series The Tick, which lasted only nine episodes from 2001 through 2002. Star Trek: Voyager guest actor David Burke also starred in this series, while Christopher Lloyd guest-starred in the pilot and Armin Shimerman played the villain in the last episode. Prior to this, Vassey was a regular on the daytime soap opera All My Children, playing "Emily Ann Sago Martin" from 1988 through 1991, and later became a regular on the sitcom Brotherly Love from 1995 through 1997.

Vassey also had recurring roles on the series ER (with Shelly Desai, Miguel Ferrer, Douglas Rowe, Herta Ware, Sam Anderson, Anne Haney, David Gautreaux, and Ron Taylor), Push, Nevada (with Steven Culp), and Tru Calling (with Erick Avari and William Sadler) and has made guest appearances on Quantum Leap (starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell) and the remake of Fantasy Island (starring Malcolm McDowell and Mädchen Amick). She currently appears as "Wendy Simms" on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

She also co-starred with Daniel Riordan, Ron Perlman, and Nichelle Nichols in the 1995 TV movie The Adventures of Captain Zoom in Outer Space. Five years later, she was directed by Voyager star Robert Duncan McNeill for his short film 9mm of Love, co-starring Ethan Phillips.
