The Liu Region was a region on the planet Acamar III. In 2313, the Gatherer leader Penthor-Mul requested a change of venue for his trial proceedings from Vackrinos District, the site of his raid on an outpost, to this region. The request was denied by Judge Kikimor. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")
