The little woman was one of the Clown's creations in Viorsa's virtual reality program. She was the first of the characters, other than the Clown, to respond to Ensign Harry Kim and Lieutenant jg B'Elanna Torres' presence in the program. She subsequently participated in the Clown's torture of his "guests." (VOY: "The Thaw")
