"Little Paulie" was a character in the Bashir 62 holoprogram.

Tony Cicci claimed to have killed Little Paulie instead of Big Paulie, his intended target. Frankie Eyes later told him of his error. Cicci remarked "that's the trouble with our business, too many guys named Paulie". (DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")
