The Lissepian Lottery was a game of chance with a jackpot of 1,000 bricks of gold-pressed latinum. It takes place on Lissepia.

Before finding out the truth, Quark told others that Morn had won his large amount of latinum in the Lissepian Lottery. In fact, Morn had stolen the latinum as part of the Lissepian Mother's Day Heist conspiracy. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")
