Lieutenant Lisa was a communications officer assigned aboard the USS Enterprise, under Captain James T. Kirk.

In 2269, Lisa asked "Captain Kirk" if she should inform Starfleet Command of the Enterprise's plan to go to Benecia colony after Janice Lester, who had taken over the body of Kirk, had ordered a change of course. After some discussion of the situation with Spock, Lester told Lisa to inform Starfleet of the delay.

Lisa later served as court reporter during Spock's court martial for mutiny. Lester told Lisa to replay two of Spock's sentences after the Vulcan had openly declared his intent to resist Lester. Similarly, Lester later told Lisa to replay a conversation between Montgomery Scott and Leonard McCoy in which they discussed moving against Lester. Lisa was later ordered by Lester to inform all sectors of her decision to execute Spock for mutiny and to have each section send a representative to the place of execution on the hangar deck. (TOS: "Turnabout Intruder")

Lisa was played by Barbara Baldavin, who had previously played Angela Martine in "Balance of Terror" and "Shore Leave". Though referred to as Lisa in dialogue, she was only credited as "communications officer."
