Levinius V was the uninhabited fifth planet in the Levinius system. This was the homeworld of the extinct Levinius V natives.
In 2067, the planet was invaded by neural parasites that came from Beta Portolan. The inhabitants of Levinius V were all killed in the mass insanity caused by the parasites. The inhabitants transported this parasite over to Theta Cygni XII. (TOS: "Operation -- Annihilate!")
A deleted scene from the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Fight or Flight" mentioned a planet called "Livinius".
