Captain's log, stardate 50787.3. While helping our new friends, the Elessians, rescue one of their ships trapped on the surface of an immense alien spacecraft, Voyager and the Elessian task force have become trapped as well.

I have led an away team inside the Leviathan on a mission to its central command core, and have discovered large artificial ecosystems inhabited by life forms from all over our galaxy--descendants of crews captured by the giant ship. Unless I convince the entity in control to let us go, this will be Voyager's fate as well...

Captain's log, we are utilizing every means possible to loosen the Leviathan's grip on Voyager. It's a daunting task, even with 160 crew members engaged in the work. Some even use their bare hands...
