Lerishi IV was the fourth planet in the Lerishi planetary system. It was an inhabited planet. A ceremonial drink on Lerishi IV was called Tanagra. (TNG: "Darmok")

According to Startrek.com, the Lerishi system was located in the El-Adrel sector. [1]
