Leon Rippy (born 30 October 1949; age 74) is an actor who portrayed L.Q. Clemonds in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "The Neutral Zone" in 1988.

Other motion pictures he has appeared in include Firestarter (1984, with Louise Fletcher and Robert Miano), The Color Purple (1985, with Whoopi Goldberg), Maximum Overdrive (1986, with John Short), The Bedroom Window (1987, with Wallace Shawn, Brad Greenquist and Mark Margolis), Traxx (1988, with Herschel Sparber and Robert Miano), Moon 44 (1990, with Malcolm McDowell and Brian Thompson), Young Guns II (1990, with Christian Slater and Tracey Walter), Kuffs (1992, with Christian Slater, George De La Peña, and Ashley Judd), Universal Soldier (1992, with Lilyan Chauvin and Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr.), Stargate (1994, with Erik Holland, Erick Avari, and Frank Welker), Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil(1997) alongside Bob Gunton, Anne Haney, Richard Herd and J.
