Leon Rippy (born 30 October 1949; age 74) is an actor who portrayed L.Q. Clemonds in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "The Neutral Zone" in 1988.
He appeared in The Patriot, starring Mel Gibson and featuring DS9's Rene Auberjonois.
