Len Cariou (born 30 September 1939; age 84) is a Canadian actor who played an alien taking the appearance of Vice Admiral Janeway, father of Captain Kathryn Janeway, in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Coda".

He was a frequent guest star on the television mystery series Murder, She Wrote, including an episode that also guest starred Theodore Bikel and Mitchell Ryan, both of whom went on to play the fathers of other Star Trek regulars.

Cariou starred in the 1999 television movie Border Line, which also starred John de Lancie, Mikael Salazar, Christopher Michael, Michelle Bonilla and Josh Cruze.

Cariou began his career as a classical stage actor, and went on to receive three Tony Award nominations, winning the 1979 Tony Award for Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
