The Lembatta Cluster was a region of space located near the border between the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire.

In 2373, the USS Farragut was destroyed by Klingon forces near the Lembatta Cluster, while en route to offer relief to Ajilon Prime. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")

Background

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 64, the Lembatta Cluster was located in the Beta Quadrant.

Apocrypha

The novel Articles of the Federation mentioned a planet called Lembatta Prime, which author Keith R.A. DeCandido stated was near the Lembatta Cluster.
