The Legate's Crest of Valor is a prestigious Cardassian award presented by the Cardassian Central Command.
During the Occupation of Bajor, Cardassian Dr. Crell Moset won this award after accidentally discovering the cure for the Fostossa virus epidemic and saving thousands of Bajorans lives. (VOY: "Nothing Human")
