La Coeur the Lion ("The Heart of the Lion"), was a cafe run by Katherine Janeway's holodeck identity, Katrine, in 2374, when the Hirogen created the World War II, French Resistance holodeck simulation.
In an attempt to engage the Voyager crew in violent holodeck simulations, the Hirogen placed Captain Janeway, Seven of Nine, Neelix, Tuvok, and B'Elanna Torres in a holodeck simulation of the Nazi occupation of France during World War II and had them run La Coeur de Lion as a cover for their underground activities for the French Résistance during that time. In the simulation, Tuvok was the bartender, Neelix the messenger, Seven of Nine the lounge singer Mademoiselle de Neuf, and Captain Janeway, Katrine, the cafe owner. The Hirogen used neural interface implants that wiped everyone's memory and made them believe they were actually the characters in the simulation. (VOY: "The Killing Game")
