Le Coeur de Lion was a cafe run by Kathryn Janeway's holodeck identity, Katrine, in 2374, when the Hirogen created the World War II French Resistance holodeck simulation. The cafe was an eatery and lounge that offered fine food, wine and entertainment as provided by a singer each evening. The cafe's owner would greet guest dressed in a white tuxedo and would circulate amongst the guest to share stories and actively manage the business.
