Laurell K. Hamilton (born 19 February 1963; age 50) is a two-time New York Times Best Seller fantasy author. Her novels mix mystery, magic, horror, and romance. She lives in Missouri with her husband, daughter and two dogs. She is well known for her "Anita Blake" series of vampire romance novels.
