Laura Interval is an actress who appeared in two Star Trek spin-off series. She first portrayed Erin Hansen in the Voyager episode "Dark Frontier", credited as Laura Stepp. She went on to play Veylo in the Enterprise episode "Cogenitor"

She made her screen acting debut in the 1994 science fiction film Automatic, starring Daphne Ashbrook, John Glover, Penny Johnson, and Jeff Kober. This was followed with guest appearances on such television series as Diagnosis Murder, Friends, Sex and the City, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, and Third Watch. She also had a role in the comic book-based 1997 sci-fi film Spawn.
