Larell was a member of an unknown species, alive during the late-24th century.
In 2365, Larell and associates Hain, Krit, Nahsk and Morn, planned and executed the Lissepian Mother's Day Heist, a notorious robbery that occurred on the planet Lissepia, in which one thousand bricks of gold-pressed latinum was stolen from the planet's Central Bank.
Though all thieves managed to escape the authorities on Lissepia, Morn double-crossed Larell and the others by melting down the latinum and storing it in his second-stomach, with the aim of keeping it for himself following expiration of the statute of limitations.
In 2374, Larell attempted to find the latinum stolen in the heist. She double-crossed the others by pretending to be Morn's ex-wife with the intention of finding and keeping the latinum for herself. However, she and the others were unsuccessful and later arrested on the space station Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")

Background information
Larell was played by Bridget Ann White in her only Star Trek appearance.
Larell is the only one of her species seen on-screen. The name of her species is not named in the episode.
The script for "Who Mourns for Morn?" states the pronunciation of Larell's name as "luh-RELL". It goes on to describe her as simply a "beautiful Alien woman." [1]
