Langor (2364)
Langor was a Brekkian female, who along with Sobi were involved in the selling and shipping of the drug felicium from Brekka to the planet Ornara, supposedly to help treat a plague on that world in 2364. The felicium had cured the plague years ago and was now simply a narcotic that had addicted the Ornaran race. Langor and her people were aware of this, but determined to continue exploiting the Ornaran's addiction for their own profit. (TNG: "Symbiosis")
