She was unable to get a transporter lock on an away team whilst standing in for Ensign Harry Kim. (VGR: "Blood Fever").
Lang was temporarily promoted to tactical officer and chief of security in 2373, when the majority of the Voyager crew had been translocated to the Nyrian ship. (VGR: "Displaced").
She manned the security console on the bridge while Tuvok was at a briefing. (VGR: "Year of Hell, Part I")
