Lady Wantsomore was a character in the Julian Bashir, Secret Agent holodeck program. Felix described her as "a beautiful socialite who's been brainwashed to assassinate the Queen of England". Julian Bashir convinced Jadzia Dax to play Lady Wantsomore. (DS9: "A Simple Investigation")
Lady Wantsomore's name is a homage to the names of the female characters in the James Bond films such as Pussy Galore.
