The L5 Test Station was an installation associated with the NX Project. Its assignment patch, along with a number of others, was on display in a case at the 602 Club. (ENT: "First Flight")
L5 presumably refers to Earth's fifth Lagrange point, making it a space station and possibly associated with L5 Colony.
