L. Sidney is the actor who played the Klingon helmsman of Duras's Bird-of-Prey in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season finale, "The Expanse". He also appeared in the pilot for another science fiction series, Seven Days (starring Norman Lloyd) and has guest-starred on such shows as NYPD Blue (two episodes, including one with Titus Welliver), The Practice (in an episode with Bill Bolender and Bruce French), and Six Feet Under (with James Cromwell).

In 2003 he appeared in an episode of She Spies with Jeffrey Combs and Michael Bailey Smith. More recently, he was seen in the 2005 film Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Dangerous along with Enrique Murciano, Diedrich Bader, and William Shatner.
