This Ferengi crewman served under DaiMon Tog, when Tog kidnapped Deanna Troi, William T. Riker, and Lwaxana Troi in 2366.

He played a game of three-dimensional chess against Nibor in the holding area of the Krayton. He successfully defeated Nibor at the game, despite William T. Riker's attempt to assist the crewman's opponent. (TNG: "Ménage à Troi")
