Krag was the chief investigator of the Tanugan security force in 2366. He requested the implementation for Commander William T. Riker's extradition under suspicion of the murder of Doctor Nel Apgar. After witnessing evidence that cleared Riker on the holodeck, Krag withdrew his request for Riker's extradition. (TNG: "A Matter of Perspective")
Krag was played by actor Craig Richard Nelson.
His suit was later re-used and worn by a member of the Federation Archaeology Council in the episode "Qpid".
