The Kot'baval Festival was a Klingon festival and honored the defeat of the tyrant Molor by Kahless the Unforgettable in single combat. Celebrations of the festival were held troughout the Klingon Empire and included the ritual re-enactment of Molor's fight against Kahless.

In 2370, Lt. Worf took his son Alexander to the local Kot'baval Festival of the Klingon outpost on Maranga IV in order to show him his rich cultural heritage. (TNG: "Firstborn")
