Kolaran buggy

Two Kolaran buggies

The Kolaran buggy is a lightly-armored combat vehicle used by the Kolarus III natives. It was equipped with a projectile weapon.

In 2379, Captain Jean-Luc Picard and an away team invaded the natives' territory, without permission, to salvage the android B-4. The natives employed these vehicles, as well as Kolaran armored cars, in an attempt to defend their territory and property, but the Federation crew was able to escape with the stolen android, using their own desert-terrain vehicle. (Star Trek Nemesis)

The events on Kolarus III are an apparent violation of the Prime Directive and are at least a act of piracy.
