Klim Dokachin
Klim Dokachin was the Zakdorn quartermaster for the Starfleet Surplus Depot Z15 in orbit of Qualor II in 2367. Dokachin was both efficient and arrogant as well as quite taken with Deanna Troi. (TNG: "Unification I")
