The King Mei was a recreational facility in Turkana City on the planet Turkana IV.
By 2367, after several years of civil war between the two rivaling factions of the planet, the Coalition and the Turkana IV Alliance, the subterranean levels of the city were run-down. An illuminated advertising sign for the King Mei was attached to the ceiling and used as a makeshift source of lighting. (TNG: "Legacy")
Several illuminated advertising signs were seen in the underground city, used as a source of light. Many of them had Asian characters, the sign for the King Mei was the only one clearly legible, however.
