The planet Khosla II was the place of residence of the Ferengi entrepreneur Plegg, who is largely credited with the invention of holosuite technology.

Odo informed Quark of Plegg's whereabouts when Quark attempted to defraud customers into buying counterfeit dessication discs allegedly containing Plegg's remains. According to latest reports, Plegg is still alive and well on Khosla II. (DS9: "The Alternate")
