Kevin McDermott played the alien batter in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine pilot episode "Emissary".
McDermott has also guest starred in Fame (with Eric Pierpoint, Dick Miller and Michelle Rudy, directed by Reza Badiyi and produced by Ira Steven Behr), Hill Street Blues (with Earl Boen), Cheers (with Kirstie Alley and Kelsey Grammer), Quantum Leap (with Scott Bakula, Dean Stockwell, Stephen McHattie, Bruce McGill, Richard Herd, Mike Genovese, Susan Diol and Dan Butler), Sisters (with Jeffrey Combs, Matthew Faison and Ashley Judd), and ER (with "Emissary" co-star Lily Mariye).
