Kenneth is the alias The Doctor used in the Doctor's Family Program Beta-Rho he created. Kenneth is a doctor at Starfleet, husband to Charlene, and father to Belle and Jeffrey. After B'Elanna Torres made some modifications to the program, the family life changed, resulting in the eventual death of Belle. After this, the Doctor discontinued the program. (VOY: "Real Life")
