Ken Harvey was a costume designer. Between August 1967 and January 1968, he worked on a total of fourteen episodes during TOS Season 2.

Harvey was mentioned (and shown) in William Blackburn's Treasure Chest: Rare Home Movies And Special Memories, Part 2, in which Blackburn explained that Harvey was the one who, in the instance of "Assignment: Earth", told Blackburn which costume he was going to wear in that episode. Harvey was incredibly shy in front of camera, but would also occasionally film Blackburn backstage while Blackburn was in costume; Blackburn also managed to film a few clips of Harvey as well.
